Counselling

We can sometimes find ourselves in need of professional help. This can be unexpected, caused by life events, and the breakdown of normal working relationships.  Work-life balance may shift, leaving us personally unable to cope. 2020 has been a year of unparalleled stress for all, and the uncertainty we are living with can sometimes be overwhelming. Counselling and Life Coaching offers a safe space to address personal and work related issues, and an opportunity to reframe our view on life.

Integrative counselling is built on the cornerstone of person centred counselling. The person seeking help is their own expert, the counsellor attempts to understand their frame of reference, offering insight and expertise but always led by the person seeking help.

Counselling usually happens weekly or fortnightly. It may only take a few meetings for a difference to be experienced, and clients decide what is best for them.

Counselling is given via Zoom or Phone, and costs £60 per hourly session.
