Supervision

Clinical Supervision is mandatory for all Counsellors, as is Clinical Supervision of their practice for all Supervisors. It is a prerequisite of professional practice, and is pivotal to the outcome of professional audit.  Supervision is the careful monitoring of a counsellors client work. It should have an educative element, an overview of a counsellors professional development and above all safeguard counsellors and supervisors ensuring their work is ethically sound.
